MCMS Corporate Relationship Program

The MCMS Corporate Relationship Program is a comprehensive effort that offers our community partners the opportunity to showcase their products and services to our physician members. Approved organizations are invited to participate in a number of MCMS functions, and may take advantage of advertising opportunities that are granted as a part of sponsorship. In brief, the program is designed to put vendors and advertisers in direct contact with MCMS members through:

• Direct exposure to over 1,700 physicians in Montgomery County and over 8,500 in the Washington Metropolitan Area;
• Advertising opportunities in MCMS Publications;
• Networking opportunities at Meetings and Events Presence on the MCMS Web-site;
• Priority positioning at trade shows and in promotional printed materials; and Presence of promotional materials at MCMS meetings;

MCMS ADVISORY BOARD

By Invitation Only
The primary role of the Advisory Board is to develop a mutually-beneficial relationship between MCMS and members of the Advisory Board in an effort to advise MCMS on trends and issues which impact medical practices and MCMS member physicians and practice administrators; and make recommendations to MCMS for development of new or enhanced member services, activities, and programs.

MCMS PREMIER PARTNERS

Annual Fee: $6,000.00
As a “premier partner,” companies are working with MCMS at an “All You Can Network Option!” Premier Partners will be able to participate at the highest visibility level at meetings, on the MCMS website, through advertising and more to both our general members and MCMS target members, such as our Young Physician’s group.

MCMS STAKEHOLDERS

Annual Fee: $4,000.00

As a “stakeholder,” companies can choose to attend some of our events as well as advertise on our website and in ROUNDS, the MCMS newsletter as well as target market. Specific member groups such as our Women in Medicine and Young Physician’s Groups.

MCMS CORPORATE PARTNERS

Annual Fee: $2,000.00
As a “corporate partner,” companies may attend a few events offered by the society as ell as be listed on our website. Some advertising is included at this level

MEMBERADVANTAGE- AFFINITY MEMBERS

Annual Fee: $1,000 or $775 + % of sales
Affinity Sponsors must demonstrate a real discount for MCMS members. Participants may work toward sponsorship level through pay-per-client commissions to MCMS.
