MCMS has entered into partnership relationships with Favorite Staffing, Inc. and with Beale Personnel, Inc and will refer medical practices and physicians to one or both of these agencies as requested. The client relationship is between the staffing agency and the medical practice/physician. MCMS is not responsible for the placement of staff in a medical practice, health care organization, or physician’s office. If medical practice staff or physicians are dissatisfied with the placement services provided by the staffing agency chosen, the staffing agency has assured MCMS that they will guarantee the placement made as per their own agreement with the client.
