Walk With a Doc: Take a Step Toward Better Health

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about seasonal allergies in a relaxed, conversational setting while enjoying a walk around The Rio’s Washingtonian Lake at their own pace. Whether you’re looking to improve your health, ask questions about allergy prevention and treatment, or simply connect with fellow community members and local physicians, this event offers a welcoming environment for all ages and fitness levels.
