National Children’s Dental Health Month

February is just around the corner. This month kicks off National Children’s Dental Health Month, which is a month-long national health observance that brings together thousands of dedicated professionals, healthcare providers, and educators to promote the benefits of good oral health to children, their caregivers, teachers, and many others.

Care for Kids, Montgomery County’s health care program for uninsured children, provides dental services in addition to well-child visits, sick visits, prescription medicines, optometry, and other limited specialty care services. The program is funded through Montgomery County and administered by the Primary Care Coalition.
